Challenge 4: They Draw and Travel Austin Map

Hey all,

This was a very challenging challenge, but an extremely rewarding one.  I usually don’t like to work with really detailed backgrounds, but this project got me out of my comfort zone and I’m happy it did.  This is a map of my home, Austin, Texas.  It’s a fun and funky place for people who like food, or the outdoors, or music, or art, or anything strange.  Austin is dear to me, more than anywhere else on this planet, because of how quirky, comfortable, diverse, and just plain fun it can be.  And no, it isn’t full of tumbleweeds, cowboys and cactus (although there are a little of the second two).
